No guarantee you’re going to want to wear that outfit that day, right? Same goes for food. It’s a relationship; and rigid menu plans ignore that relationship. Telling someone what to eat doesn’t work when it comes to making lifestyle changes. Meal plan sheets takes away the joy of eating. In the monthly coaching, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that is based off of what is happening in your body. In the 1:1 Program, there’s a laser-focused process to calm inflammation to help calm your gut and digestion to start seeing those symptoms fade away. You’ll receive a list of foods, based on your body, for foods that work with your body and then build from the list to give you the greatest variety while listening to your body.



Struggles with weight are about more than calories. There are many other factors we can consider, thyroid, toxins, inflammation. I tend to see between 2-10# of weight loss due to losing retained fluid through the programs that are focused on anti-inflammatory eating. With our work together, you receive a personalized plan that is designed for you to improve your digestion, reduce inflammation. Taking this root cause type approach tends to be more productive in the long run for the ultimate goal of weight loss. In the process of clearing inflammation caused by food, while the body is rebalancing it’s biochemistry, it’s not uncommon to see a 5-10# weight loss from fluid in the first 10-14 days. But, if weight loss is your primary focus, this is not for you.



On average, within 3 weeks women are seeing up to an 80% reduction in symptoms! Many are seeing a significant reduction in symptoms in the first 10 days.

Keep in mind this program is about addressing root causes of your digestive dysfunction through food with an anti-inflammatory approach to eating, Your success will depend on you, your commitment to yourself, how long you’ve been struggling with your symptoms and how long it takes your body to rebalance it’s biochemistry. There may be other factors at play, such as microbiome health, micronutrient deficiencies, too.


I focus on well care. I’ve found that insurance has created restrictions and limitations that stand in the way of providing true support and change. I am an out-of-network provider, which means fee is due at the time of service. After being significantly restricted in time and topic based on insurance coverage, I chose to be out-of-network so that I can give you high quality, one-to-one support and unlimited communication during your program. You won’t see me once every three months for 15 minutes, left to figure it out on your own. I’m here to guide and support you in this process and developed these programs based on what I wish I had when I was struggling with my symptoms. You can use credit card, HSA or FSA cards (please check with the card provider for dietitian coverage first).



After the initial consultation, the cost varies based on your health and medical history so there is not one set price. I do not work by appointment, because I don’t believe that provides high-quality support that women are looking for and deserve.

We work together from a few weeks to a few months in duration. I believe the quick 15 minute visit every 3 months with no support is the old way to approach women’s health.
