Years of the traditional treatments just didn’t work for me and I knew I didn’t want to spend my life going from med to med seeing what ‘might work’.
→Acne – all the antibiotics and even Accutane, yet no clear skin. My self-confidence dropped.
→IBS – fiber, water, fodmaps and still pain, frustration and unpredictability. I felt so isolated.
→Migraines – avoiding migraine trigger foods, meds didn’t make a dent. Lost out on productive work, family time.
→Fatigue – “labs look normal” and I was getting a full night’s sleep. Had a hard time concentrating.
→Reflux / Heartburn / Esophagitis – despite eliminating trigger foods and taking reflux meds. My relationship with food became resentful.
It was my own journey and desire for change that led me to where I am now; driven to help other women defeat their diagnosis, too by taking a personalized approach. After all, no two people are the same, we shouldn’t be treated like we are.
