I’ve been where you are.

I’ve had my own struggles and was sick of searching, just like you. It was my own journey that led me to where I am now. Driven to help other women stop feeling defined and limited by a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. 


I designed The Root Method and take a program approach to nutrition so that you can start to calm and NOURISH your body in a way that will work best for you, to get your symptoms under control, to live a healthy lifestyle you’ve been working so hard for.

How do I get started?


1. Schedule an appointment

Schedule an Initial Consultation.

During this virtual face-to-face appointment, we’ll take a deep dive into your medical/nutrition history and determine if one of my programs is the right fit for you. If I feel that my programs could benefit you, I’ll offer a spot in one of my programs. If so, then you’ll be ready to enroll.

I only enroll a small number of women per month so that I can dedicate high-quality attention and support you deserve.

2. Enroll in your program.

After the initial consultation, and offer to enroll in a program, you’ll be sent a link within Healthie. I communicate solely through this platform for HIPAA security.  

You’ll be sent a link / invoice for enrolling and once you complete the initial onboarding documents, your lab kit will ben shipped to your door. You’ll receive info about where to go to get that done and while you’re waiting for your Initial Results Session, you will have access to self-study videos and worksheets to help prepare you for the results and starting in your new personalized plan. 

3. Attend your Initial Results session.

This is the first day towards creating wellness! You’ll get your results that have been prepared for you. We’ll review the results and the plan for the first 2 weeks. You’ll then receive the remaining videos/worksheets/workbooks, etc to help support you. 

You will have lots of questions, as this is unlike anything you’ve done before. This is where your unlimited chat in Healthie begins and the transformation awaits you!

4. Begin your new lifestyle with your personalized plan.

Success is dependent on you now! I’ll create your plan, but only you can follow it. Which is why I like to focus on mindset as 80% of the influence in making these changes stick. I want to help you make these changes last for the long haul!

5. Start to see the success!

When women follow their personalized plan, it’s possible to see up to an 80% reduction in your symptoms within the first 3 weeks!

About Me

I’ve been where you are. I’ve had my own struggles and was sick of the “try this and see” approach. I didn’t want to spend my life going from med to med seeing what ‘might work’.

→Acne – all the antibiotics and Accutate, yet no clear skin.

→IBS – fiber, water, fodmaps and still pain and unpredictability.

→Migraines – avoiding migraine trigger foods, meds didn’t make a dent.

→Fatigue – “labs look normal” and I was getting a full night’s sleep

→Reflux / Heartburn / Esophagitis – despite eliminating trigger foods and taking reflux meds.

It was my own journey and desire for change that led me to where I am now, free of all these things. It led me to where I am now, driven to help other women defeat their diagnosis, too.
